APS Chip Sealing & Asphalt Paving is hiring an experienced Asphalt Paver Operator to join our team in Tucson and the surrounding areas. This position is for someone with real asphalt paving experience who knows how to operate paving equipment safely, work with a crew, and help complete jobs efficiently and correctly.
Responsibilities may include:
- Operating an asphalt paver safely and efficiently
- Working with the paving crew on residential and commercial projects
- Assisting with jobsite setup, cleanup, and crew support when needed
- Following safety procedures and direction from the foreman or supervisor
Qualified candidates should have experience with asphalt paving, equipment operation, jobsite safety, and working outdoors in Arizona conditions. We are looking to hire as soon as possible.
